CONTROL’s Process Automation Hall of Fame Dinner

Join other conference attendees as they honor the 2007 class of inductees to the Process Automation Hall of Frame. The Hall of Fame recognizes people whose contributions to process automation have made significant differences in the art and practice of the discipline. 2007’s honorees are:
James H. Christensen - for his efforts in leading the development of the IEC 61131-3 standard. This standard had a significant impact on the design of control equipment used in the process industry.
Dr. Angela Summers - for her work on the ANSI/ISA-84 safety standard and her work on the IEC 61511 safety standard.
Professor Thomas F. Edgar - for his contribution to control technology and efforts to promote control engineering, including his contribution as co-author of the leading text book on control.
The Process Automation Awards dinner is underwritten by Emerson Process Management and is included with your WBF-NA registration fee.
Baltimore Harbor Cruise

The WBF 2007 North American Conference group event promises to be a boatload of fun for everyone. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Baltimore’s Harbor from the lovely Bay Lady. Roundtrip transportation to/from Baltimore Harbor will be provided.
